The following mesengers from the the different congregations as hereinafter named met agreeable to appointment at Walnut Springs school House, Shenandoah County Virginia on Saturday August 15th 1846 as the Shenandoah Valley cooperation, when Joseph Wattson was appointed Moderator & Isaac R Hite secretary.

1st Question by moderator, Is the congregation worshing at Blossers in Page County Va in harmony and order, John J Jackson as the representative answers in the affirmative

2d _______________________ Is the congregation worshiping at Wardensville in Hardy County in harmony and order, Joseph Hawkings the mesenger answers in the affirmative

3d _______________________ Is the congregation worshiping at Unioun (?) Meeting House in Shenandoah County Va in harmony and order, Isaac R Hite & William H Davidson answer in the affirmative

4th_______________________ Is the congregation worshiping at Narrow Passage in Shenandoah County Va in harmony and order, Andrew Hoffman answers in the affirmative

5th_______________________ Is the congregation worshiping at Walnut Springs in Shenandoah County Va, in harmony and order, Joseph Wattson Marten Beohm Frederic Mowervy (?) & William Baar answer in the affirmative

6th_______________________ Is the congregation worshiping alternately at Bordens and Bausermans in Shenandoah County Va in harmony and order, Abraham Strickler, Joseph Rhodes, Isaac Rhodes & Abraham Saum answer in the negative.

The question then being, shall the mesengers of the congregations which are in harmony & order recieve the mesengers sent by congregations worshiping at Bordens and Bausermans alternately decided in the negative as follows, to wit Joseph Wattson, William Barr, Andrew Hoffman, Joseph Hawkings, Isaac R Hite, Marten Beohm, Frederick Mower & William H Davidson 8.

The cooperation then proceeded to investigate a charge brought against John J Jackson the Evangelist by Abraham Strickler chargeing said John J Jackson with disorder having agitated old charges against some individuals calling themselves, in the congregation worshiping at Bausermans breathren, decided in the negative as follows, to wit Joseph Wattson, William Barr, Andrew Hoffman, Joseph Hawkings, Isaac R Hite, Marten Beohm, Frederick Mower & William H Davidson 8.

The cooperation then adopted the following resolutions to wit:

1st Resolved that we the cooperation do hereby agree to cooperate with all congregations of disciples worshiping God as prescribed in the and set forth by the examples of the first Church at Jerusalem and none other.

2d Resolved that brother John J Jackson remain as our Evangelist so long as his christian character remains untarnished and he feel disposed to labour with & for us.

3d Resolved that the mesengers in the cooperation of the Valley of Virginia will meet at least twice every year say Spring & fall, or at such other time as may be thought expedient.

4th Resolved that the next cooperation meeting be held at the Narrow Passage school House Shenandoah County Va.

5th Resolved that Brother John J Jackson be furnished by the Secretary with a copy of the preceedings of this meeting.

6th Resolved that the meeting adjourn untill Saturday before the 4th Lords day in October 1846.
