At a called meeting of the Shenandoah Valley Cooperation held at Zion March 13th 1852 the meeting was opened by prayer by J. J. Jackson when the proceedings of the last meeting were read.

On motion of J. J. Jackson we received the letter from Sandy Ridge and ordered to be filed.

The Messengers from the Marsh present James Barr & Joseph Orndorff reported in order, No. 20.

The Messengers from Narrow passage present Jeremiah Evans, J. J. Jackson & N. M. Hoffman, and reported in order, and numbering 40.

Messengers from Fairview, Brothers Sager & Rhodes.

Messengers from Zion Bader & S. Miley all report in order

on motion of J. J. Jackson that the report of the Committee be received when it was unanimously adopted.

On motion J. J. Jackson was appointed treasurer of the Cooperation.

On motion of J. J. Jackson that the report of the Committee be also recorded in the reception of the Mt. Jackson church it was unanimously received.

Resolved that Joseph Pennybaker be appointed a messenger to the General Meeting to be held in Scottsville, E. Va. May next. When it was unanimously adopted.

Resolved that Martin F. Miley be appointed a messenger to attend in case Bro. Pennybaker can not attend on montion (sic) of M. F. Miley, Joseph Rhodes was appointed to correspond with the General Evangelist On motion of Amos Grabill it was resolved that the Congregations Cooperating can send one messenger to every ten members. It is also resolved that any organized congregation not numbering ten can send one messenger.

On motion the Meeting adjourned until Friday before 4th Lord's day in May next to meet at New Providence Frederick Co Va.
