The Shenandoah Valley Cooperation met May 22nd 1852 according to appointment at New Providence Warren County Va. March 13th 1852

On motion by Elder J J Jackson Cooperation request M F Miley to solicit the services of Bro Goss to spend some time in the Valley this summer and to urge Bro Henby (?) to come to the Valley as speedily as possible.
On motion of Eld J J Jackson Resolved that Bro M F Miley be paid traveling expenses to General Cooperation
On motion of Eld J J Jackson Resolved that a letter be (written to General Co)[lined out] given to Bro Miley to Cooperation.
On motion of C D Shambaugh Resolved that Bro N Bader write the letter alluded to in the last foregoing resolution.
On motion of Bro M F Miley that the brethren appoint some brother from among them whom they may hereafter name to give instruction to the brethren in different congregations in relation to their duties to their officers & the officers toward their
brethren
On motion of Bro M F Miley resolved that Bro Isaac R Hite be solicited to carry out the foregoing instruction.
On motion of Bro M F Miley resolved that the Cooperation recommend each congregation represented by their messengers to solicit Bro Hite by letter through their officers to carry out this resolution in reference to teaching the congregations
On motion of Bro J J Jackson Resolved that Brother Mileys motion in reference to the Moderator serving only 12 months be considered by the next meeting of the cooperation & acted on if necessary
On motion of Eld J J Jackson Resolved that we adjourn to meet on Saturday 10 Oclock before the 1st Sunday in November at Sandy Ridge.
